I have always had a passion for baking and have enhanced my skills by taking Patisserie and Confectionery specialist baking courses. I am always looking to learn more and am constantly researching and teaching myself new techniques to keep my style fresh. I take pride in everything that I create, no matter the size or complexity. For me, the most rewarding part of making cakes is seeing my customers' reactions when they see their vision come to life.
